Our Story
How it All Started?

Germinal G. Van and Samer Naoum have known each other for over a decade. Their shared passion for politics—particularly public policy—brought them together at George Washington University, where they both enrolled in the Graduate School of Political Management to pursue their master’s degrees in political management.
Samer; an expert in political strategy with a phenomenal understanding of the legislative process and legendary experience in strategic advocacy; and Germinal, an expert in public policy analysis with formidable talent in formulating and recommending legislative policies; decided to combine their intellectual strengths and political expertise to create a lobbying and consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations, institutions, and businesses navigate the complex legislative process which could be a burden to their growth, in order to improve their performance, meet their targets, and reach their full potential.
Committed to the virtues of efficiency and a job well done, the two strategists decided to name their firm “Aristeia”—a Greek word meaning “excellence”—to underscore their commitment to excellence and the exclusivity of their expertise. Germinal and Samer are committed to bridge the gap between our clients' expertise and the policymaking process.
